AustriAlpin No.Mad Abseilgerät
With the No.Mad, AustriAlpin has again launched a very special product.
Due to the special shape of the No.Mad, 3 different brake configurations can be set before abseiling. Depending on the rope routing, there's a a distiction between fast, medium and slow.
In each of the three variants, the friction can be increased again in three different stages, these can be inserted while you are in the rope.
In addition, there are three blocking variants available for the rope.
Due to the enormous number of possible combinations, the No.Mad is ideal for moving safely on the rope with luggage, during canyoning or rope rescue. The No.Mad has an integrated rubber ring. As a result, the No.Mad is completely silent and sits securely on the carabiner.
The No.Mad is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed people and, due to its properties, is the first choice when it comes to a figure eight for specialized activities.
